El euro de Estonia (paráfrasis de título y cambio de tema)

Dicen que el euro estonio muestra unas fronteras equivocadas. ¿¿DÓNDE?? No lo veo, y creo que es tan sólo otra tontería de ésas que llenan los periódicos y apartan nuestra atención de las cosas que realmente deberían interesarnos, como las pensiones, la seguridad social, el estado de derecho, la separación de poderes, la clavada que le está haciendo el gobierno a los controladores aéreos, etc.

Y aunque así fuera... Estonia ratificó el acuerdo de cesión con Rusia en 2005, después de haber entrado a la UE, lo que significa que Estonia ya no estaba autorizada a cambiar, sin encomendarse a nadie, sus fronteras internas, tal y como dice cierta normativa interna unioeuropeica. Así que, ¿PUEDE ALGUIEN EXPLICARME TODO ESTO CON REFERENCIAS EN CONDICIONES? ¿Están los rusos tratando de encontrar una excusa para volverle a cortar el gas a Italia? (otra región de esa Unión Europea que se ha atrevido a batir monedas que incluyen territorios rusos en su reverso, ja, ja)

And anyway... the cession of territory Russia claims was ratified by Estonia after entering the EU, which means Estonia was not allowed anymore to "change its inner borders" (European Law, whatever its name is). So CAN SOMEONE EXPLAIN THIS TO ME WITH PROPER REFERENCES. Are Russians trying to find an excuse to cut gas to Italy again? (another region of that EU that has dared to emit coins with Russian territories on them, ha ha)
